Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Georgia mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages increased 1 basis point from 4.35% to 4.36% on Friday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.19% (VI) to the highest rate of 4.55% (VT). Currently, Georgia mortgage rates are 2 basis points higher than the national average of 4.34%.
