There are two large bedrooms, each with private bath on each side of the central great room.  Both bedrooms have sliding doors that open to the pool deck. Two additional bedrooms and baths face the pool deck. There are also servant’s quarters located separately on the grounds.

Villa Luminosa is the ideal place to relax. The house is very large and spacious and the entire property is completely private among the lush gardens. Swim in the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean just steps from the door, take a stroll down the coral sand beach, a dip in the beach side pool, or just hang out in a hammock.

Tankah Bay is located 1 hour and 15 minutes south of Cancun airport and 10 minutes north of Tulum.  The entire bay is sheltered by a reef that is about 1,000 feet from the beach. This breakwater allows virtually effortless snorkeling in the calm clear waters. Tropical fish can be viewed every day as is an occasional sea turtle.
