Los Arboles Tulum Land

This Los Arboles Tulum land is in an environmentally responsible 1,200 acre subdivision. It has 221 residential lots and all are five-acres. It offers the comfort and safety of a gated community with 24 hour security. The developer’s concept was to preserve the jungle and afford the residents serenity and solitude when they want it. All residential lots are “off the grid” and require an alternative energy systems. Even though the Cancun airport is a 1.5 hour drive, Tulum is growing rapidly.  Although the corresponding appreciation is welcome by many, increased traffic is not.
